Bush Hill Earns Green Flag Award
EcoSchools U.S. is a program run by the National Wildlife Federation that uses school-based action teams of students, administrators, educators, and community volunteers to drive environmental stewardship and education in schools. Schools can earn points for specific actions taken by the school community focused on environmental needs such as Climate Change, Wildlife and Biodiversity, and Healthy and Resilient Communities. This school year was the first year that Bush Hill worked towards this award recognition and we are excited to announce that together we earned the EcoSchools’ highest award, the Green Flag!
